1. Not a medical device; no diagnosis or treatment
VitalForce is a practice management and clinical decision-support software tool for registered homeopathic practitioners. VitalForce does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Nothing produced by the platform — including AI-assisted symptom extraction, repertory evidence, remedy differentials, or materia medica content — constitutes medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a prescription.
2. No clinical-efficacy claims
VitalForce makes no claims about the clinical efficacy of homeopathy or of any remedy, rubric, or repertory source surfaced by the platform. The repertory and materia medica content presented is historical and reference material from established homeopathic literature; its presentation is for the professional reference of trained practitioners and is not a representation that any remedy is effective for any condition. Any quality metrics we publish describe software behaviour, not clinical performance or patient outcomes.
3. Registered practitioner judgment is required
The platform is intended exclusively for use by qualified, registered practitioners. The practitioner is always the final clinical decision-maker.AI output is decision support only: it may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong, and it must be independently evaluated against the practitioner's own examination of the patient, professional training, and applicable standards of care before any clinical use. Practitioners bear full professional responsibility for all clinical decisions.
4. Not for emergencies
VitalForce is not an emergency service and is not suitable for emergency triage. The platform is designed to route away from emergencies: where case material suggests a potentially urgent or life-threatening presentation, the AI features are designed to withhold remedy suggestions and surface an urgent conventional-care referral indicator instead. This safety behaviour is an aid, not a guarantee — it does not replace the practitioner's own assessment, and it must never be relied upon to detect emergencies. If a patient may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
5. No practitioner–patient relationship with VitalForce
Use of VitalForce does not create any practitioner–patient or advisory relationship between VitalForce and any patient. The relationship exists solely between the practitioner and their patient.
