We are doctor-facing by design. We do not build patient portals, insurance claim tools, or public symptom checkers. Every feature exists to serve the practitioner during case intake, analysis, and follow-up.
We believe AI should assist — not replace — clinical judgment. Our recommendations surface evidence from established repertory sources and flag urgent-referral indicators; final decisions always rest with you.

How we got here.
VitalForce grew out of frustration with generic practice management software that was never designed for homeopathic reasoning.
The problem
Our founders — both practicing homeopaths — spent hours each week on documentation, scheduling, and manually cross-referencing repertory sources. They started building the tool they wished they had.
First clinical build
A working patient management system and AI-assisted symptom extraction reached a small cohort of practitioners. Feedback shaped every subsequent decision.
OOREP integration
Deep integration with the OOREP repertory and materia medica database gave VitalForce grounded, traceable remedy suggestions for the first time.
Practice OS launch
VitalForce became a full practice operating system: patient records, consultations, calendar, outcomes statistics, and AI case work — all in one focused workspace.
